Human Needs ~ Earth Needs

Our deepest human needs are exactly what the earth needs…

We are living in a time of immense environmental degradation and disruption. The good thing is though, that we are a part of nature, and so when we follow our deepest needs as human beings, we also support the needs of our natural environment.

Nature needs clean water, the absence of chemicals, technology to work with rather than against. Nature needs trees for oxygen and healthy soil for healthy plants. There is a very simple fix to the worlds complex problems, we don’t need a world of thinkers, we need a world of feelers. People who have the courage to feel deeply what their body needs. We know that when we are in nature, breathing in clean air, eating healthy food, we feel good. We know, that when we are at our laptop, working away with a highly caffeinated and tired body, we don’t feel good.

So how?

Listen, listen deeply and act with integrity.

If we listen to our body, we can give it what it needs.

If we choose our actions based on what is best for our inner world, we can act with integrity, in harmony with our nature. In harmony with all of nature.

We can never truly be separate from nature, for if we were, we would perish. So, lets not allow the trajectory of our current day to deplete and take away from our coming generations, as the oldest living culutre in the world would say, lets think about the next 10,000 generations to come.

*There is already stacks of information out there on how to live more sustaibly. The power is in your hands.
